1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Thrive mobile application ("App") or our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use Thrive.
2. Medical & Health Disclaimer (Important)
NO MEDICAL ADVICE:
Thrive and the Haven AI Coach are designed strictly for personal wellness, fitness tracking, and informational habit optimization. The App does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical healthcare services. Always consult a certified physician or licensed medical professional before beginning any new diet, intense workout regimen, fasting schedule, or sleep intervention. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of metrics or coaching suggestions provided on Thrive.
3. Eligibility & Account Security
- You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Thrive.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
4. Subscriptions, Tiers & Billing
Thrive offers free and paid subscription plans (Starter, Premium, and Elite). Paid tiers are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Apple App Store or Google Play In-App Purchases. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your device's app store subscription management settings.
5. Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use
When participating in Thrive accountability circles and community channels, you agree NOT to:
- Post or transmit unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or threatening content.
- Distribute spam, unsolicited promotional materials, or commercial advertisements.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App's security infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these standards.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Thrive application, brand, logos, user interfaces, design system, algorithms, and source code belong exclusively to Thrive Wellness.
7. Termination & Account Deletion
You may terminate your agreement with Thrive at any time by deleting your account through the mobile app settings or our Support Portal.
