Account & Data Deletion Portal
In accordance with Google Play and Apple App Store user protection policies, you have complete sovereignty over your account and biometric data. You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated records using either of the two methods below:
Method 1: Directly Inside the Thrive Mobile App (Instant)
- Open the Thrive mobile app on your iPhone or Android device.
- Navigate to your Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap the Settings (Gear Icon).
- Scroll to the bottom and select "Danger Zone" → "Delete Account".
- Confirm your choice. Your authentication token, profile data, biometric history, and Haven AI chat records will be immediately queued for permanent deletion.
Method 2: Web-Based Data Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app and wish to have your data erased, send an email to our automated privacy handler with the subject line "Request Account Deletion" from the email address linked to your account.
What Data is Deleted:
• Your account credentials, profile avatar, and settings.
• All 8-pillar daily logs, biometric scores, and trend histories.
• Haven AI coaching conversation history and active program progress.
All records are permanently expunged from our Supabase production servers within 30 days of request confirmation.
Troubleshooting & Quick Help
Go to Profile → Settings → Integrations and toggle Apple Health or Google Fit. Grant read permissions for Steps, Heart Rate, and Sleep analysis for automated biometric synchronization.
Open the Coach tab in the app, tap the top persona chip, and choose between Science Nerd (biometric optimization), Zen Master (mindful regulation), or Hype Coach (energy and drive).
Log in with your registered account credentials on your new device. Your subscription tier, streak records, and full health score history will sync automatically from Supabase cloud infrastructure.
